Oops!! Not sure if we have Magic Eraser here but it sounds great! :)
Oh yes, the magic eraser is a good friend of mine around here much too often. We currently have two in house artists here, Jack and Jesse. But, just yesterday while I was blow drying my hair, I found Joe’s name written in pencil on the side of my dresser! I took a picture of it to post at some point. I know it’s bad to write on stuff, but sometimes–like the dresser yesterday–it makes me laugh. You gotta wonder what they are thinking!
Please tell me those aren’t Sharpie marks??? Note to self: Never let ’em run out of paper. ;-)
@Valerie – No Sharpie, just crayon, thankfully!
Oh Yikes! We’ve had that happen too many times too. Such creative artists :)
Thanks so mush for the sweet comment on my blog!
I know I am in trouble when the kids are too quiet…
Looks and sounds so familiar……..
Good to know about Magic Eraser. Someone went very artistic on the walls – I guess it was Lily :)
Hi Maryann,
Thank you for continuos visits to my new blog! ;)
I just posted this video I found.. http://malkamichaela.blogspot.com/
Perhaps a new project idea (though looks messy) while you are unloading dishes?! :)
… Yikes. I’ll be sure to read the labels and make sure to only get washable markers, when the time comes. :) Or cover the walls with construction paper …
Oh no!! Was this discovery preceded by one of those eerie silences where the kids are playing happily and quietly… quietly??!!
Do your kids enjoy helping with the dishwasher? Mine love it, although we did break a bowl the other day.
Oh no!!!
That happens to me all the time. We have to keep all writing utensils out of the kids’ reach or they will scribble everywhere.
Visit The Zoo for my WW. http://talbertzoo.blogspot.com/2011/02/wordless-wednesday-close-up-1.html
@Elisa – Absolutely on the silence bit…
My kids love helping with the dishwasher, but sometimes I just don’t feel like letting them help because it becomes such a production and in this case they WERE drawing nicely on paper. Then they ran out of paper…
@Natalie – Lily AND Johnny; I was pretty surprised Johnny participated since Lily is usually our lone graffiti artist. I guess the temptation was simply too great to resist! And Magic Eraser is amazing, it’s never disappointed me (although I’ve learned that it CAN take the top layer off certain types of paint…)
Uh oh! Time for some magic eraser! It so holds true to its name.
Uh oh……
And LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the magic eraser!!!
Oh no!
:)
Looks like in my house. Plenty of lil’ murals . I yet have to buy the magic eraser. It truly works on anyhing! I love it!
Wow! The magic eraser is pretty amazing.
I’m pretty amazed the magic eraser was able to get all of that off.
