Baby turkeys are officially called poults, but isn’t Mike’s name for them better? These baby turkeys started playing in our yard a couple weeks ago, explaining why Daddy Turkey (he’s the one all pouffed out) has been gobbling at us for the past several weeks. They run off if we come outside, but I did manage to get a closer photo of this little straggler:
