Gorgeous photos!! :) Tree-climbing is such a special part of growing up.
Great pictures. I love to catch my kids sitting in a tree together just chatting – I know those chats will stick with them forever.
I remember climbing trees growing up. It was always so fun!
You are missing one, where’s the baby up a tree?
Today we will answer this call to arms
Hello sparkly eyed Kiddie Smiles!!!
I visited the new home of someone a couple days ago and the first thing I noticed in the back yard was the tree with branches that shouted “come sit and read here!” to me.

Great pics!
Absolutely gorgeous pics and smiles!
Lovely. I continue to be convinced that kids don’t really need toys at all – especially if they play outside. Books – yes. Toys – not so much.
Yes! Nature beats any toy, any day.
Absolutely! Although I also liked to play around trees, particularly those with huge roots. I would bring out my toys and pretend they were traveling through mountains :)
These pictures bring back memories of my days of climbing trees. I love to see kids playing outdoors.
Stunning photos!
Thank you! I was happy with how they turned out :)
Climbing a tree is fun.
ABSOLUTELY !!! Trees were my favorite toy growing up! I love to see my kids spend an afternoon playing in a tree!
