These simple Christmas wreaths made from tissue paper, glue, markers, and paper bags were another library craft! I especially like Emma’s marker wreath (top left). MATERIALS: Colored paper Scissors Tape Pen Steps: 1) Fold paper accordion-style, leaving it the width you want for your leaves.
