Sock puppets make wonderful toys for children that encourage imaginative play that develops speech and language.
Johnny got a sock puppet kit from one of his friends at his birthday party, and all three kids were thrilled to put it to use! Their sock puppets played,
Put on mini operas,
And gave the birthday boy lots of love!
The felt embellishments and googly eyes stick on with double-sided tape, and they stay on these super soft tube socks really well. You don’t need a needle and thread to make cute sock puppets!

I’ve always wondered if this kit would be fun, and it looks like it is. Is is Melissa and Doug?
Lily looks like she is having a blast with Johnny in that last picture!
I was thinking about sock puppets a couple of days ago and you’ve inspired me to make some now! :)
Cute present – it’s so neat when all three kids can play together.
love the photo sequence! glad they’re having such fun with the puppets.
The felt pieces are a great idea. The sock puppets are cute, but Lily’s ponytails are cuter!
Cute pictures! They look like they’re having a blast!
I bought some cheap socks with the intention of doing a sock puppet craft with my kids. Never thought of adding all those felt pieces. We’ll have to give it a go this year! Very cute pictures.
Looks like they had a blast with those! What a great birthday gift!
What a terrific photo sequence and fabulous birthday gift that keeps on giving!!
I love sock puppets. I should get some more big socks just for that.
So cute. Sock puppets have been on my to do list for so long now.
They are the cutest and I bet they get hours and hours of play. :-)
