My advice about the diapers is to just get started! Seriously. They seem hard and intimidating at first, but they really aren't. Trust me. I am a pretty new sewing mama and if I can do it, so can you!!! :)

I think if you can get them to rest you are successful. Half my days I can't get my toddler to lay still to even rest, let alone sleep. We do the put her back in bed routine over and over and over until I want to crack my head against a wall to make it stop! My 4 year old has never had a problem just resting but that 2 year old is strong willed! She needs naps, mind you, but if she won't lay still they don't happen.

Great goals. I'm right there with you hoping the rain will end!!!

Go MaryAnne! You are kicking ass in the organizing whilst heavily pregant department! Looking forward to hearing about the arrival of your latest "crafting project" (not the diapers, the baby!)

Well done on monthly goals...as for getting kids to sleep? I let Andrew sleep in Emma's bed for naptime (He LOOOVVEES this) and Emma gets to sleep in my bed. They're both happy. Emma generally doens't nap (once or maybe twice a week) but Andrew always does. Emma has to stay in my bed for an hour....Sometimes she gets out but I tell her if she gets up before naptime is over (unless she has to pee of course) I have to add on 5 minutes to the end. Works for us....but good luck. We also have some killer room darkening shades. Love a dark room
