Materials

How to Make a Snowman Hand Puppet

This hand puppet is easy to make!

Cut eyes and noses out of black or charcoal felt.
Cut noses out of orange felt. I realize that our orange looks a lot like red…
Cut out scarves out of whatever colors you like. We used red and green.
Glute the pieces to your glove.
Let the glove dry.
Use your hand puppet to sing the snowman counting songs I shared below!

It turns out that there are several songs that involve 5 snowmen and counting down!

This one is based off of the five little monkeys song:

Of course, you can also make up your own song or rhyme. Just count up or down with the snowmen arriving or leaving for different reasons.
