Four-year-old Johnny, pointing at the umbilical cord in an artist’s depiction of an in-utero baby.
Why is that baby plugged in? Ow!
Six-year-old Emma, climbing into the car on a hot day:
I feel like a pizza in the oven!
Two-year-old Lily, looking at a photo where I’m holding her as a newborn (pictured below):
Mama, I think you like me, and I think I like you.

the pizza one cracks me up!
So Lovely! I feel like a pizza on hot days, too!
GREAT quotes! The baby plugged in is cracking me up and that last one is the sweetest. :)
So cute!
I think I like both of you.

Aww, they are so cute! And Emma is a great photographer… I never would have guessed that that photo was taken by a little kid! It looks professional! :D
I’ve been surprised at how much she pays attention to lighting and composition. She takes a lot of random kid photos, too, though :)
What great quotes :) J’s thing at the moment is sitting on our shoulders – but he’s getting confused and we get lots of “I want mummy to sit on my shoulders!”
That is really funny! Lily is very into piggy back rides at the moment.
So cute and that last one melts my heart : )
I love these quotes – especially Johnny’s and that photo of Lily is incredible – well done Emma! At six she is already a better photographer than I am!
I find that she gets more candid photos than I do – the kids seem to pose less for her. Maybe Johnny can get some candid photos of her in a year or two :)
These are so sweet!! And I love the photo Emma took of Lily!!
So funny. I can see why Lily thought so :)
Those quotes are precious…and the baby is adorable!!!
Love the quotes!
Hi! Stopping by from MBC.
Have a nice day!
I love these quotes, and the pictures. Very impressed with Emma’s photography!
She does a nice job! And I love that the kids pose less when she’s behind the camera :)
Awww…….. I loved Lily’s comment, it’s always fun to hear the kids comments about pictures of themselves as babies.
That was my favorite :)
These are precious! Retweeting them for everyone to see! All picture book writers should take a look at them. :-)
Thank you, Robyn!
“Plugged in”
Love it!
