I am having the type of day where I would love to just be carefree enough to throw shredded paper around :) What fun, to be a child again.

  3. Looks like lots of fun…this is a great idea also to play outside as the paper if it goes in the garden will make good compost!

  4. They look like they are having a great time! And a great reminder that we don’t have to spend a lot of money on play time, sometimes it can be found in the most surprising of places!

And yes, I’m glad they helped tidy up too. Now, if you could just send them over to teach MY daughter how to do that … :D

  5. So much fun :) We got a package last Christmas filled with styrofoam packing peanuts and my daughters had a great time making ‘snow’ angels in the packing peanuts. Then we played ‘feed’ the vacuum cleaner when we had finished which was fun and got the loungeroom clean :D

  6. My kids always love it when when we receive something with bubble wrap! Even the teens thrill to jump on it and pop the bubbles!
    Thanks for sharing!

  7. I thought that Emma was probably thinking “fireworks!” as she played with these strips. At least they helped to clean up :)

  10. Ah, I was wondering how little strips of paper made it to every corner of the house, including under my pillow. It sure looks like they had a lot of fun! Emma looks like a cheerleader with pom poms in the first picture.
