Family and Birthdays (Week in Review)

Last night as a two-year-old

This week Lily fell asleep a two-year-old, and woke up a three-year-old:

Three years old

She had a wonderful birthday, and we are all enjoying time with family! No baby, so far…

How was your week?

  1. So cute, I hope she had a wonderful birthday!

I was expecting baby news; I’m sure you are getting a lot of that. Three of my babies were late; my first was only early because I had preeclampsia and labor was induced.

    1. She really had a lovely birthday – its was fun to see how much she enjoyed it!

All three of mine have been late. I have an induction date for this one, though, so at least there’s a deadline :)

Awesome pictures! What a neat idea to take a picture the night before. I may have to start up a new tradition over here. :)

What a sweetie!! So big!! And a cupcake with sprinkles, too… mmmmmm. It’s good to be THREE! :)

I like to think about babies what Gandalf says about wizards in LOTR, when Frodo accuses him of being late: “A wizard is never late, nor is he early. He arrives precisely when he means to.” :) I hope your wait is comfortable!
