While driving through Vermont on our way home from Montreal, we couldn’t resist stopping in for a Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream factory tour. I know I’m not the only parent who struggles to get their child (one child in particular) to eat anything other than cheese and yogurt, so I thought I’d share this recent household favorite.
