I made fleece pants for the girls again, using the same “trace an existing pair of pants that fit” method that worked so well last year. Emma’s are slightly shorter than I would choose (I ran out of fabric, actually), but she is happy with them and that’s what counts.
She’s eating fruit leather, if you were wondering. =)

Comfy, snuggly clothes in cooler weather is bliss. How sweet that your girls have mummy made matching pants.
What a gorgeous photo of your four loves in your Wordless Wednesday post.
You make it sound so easy and your models make the results look so beautiful!! Love this!

I love fleece, but Abby can’t wear it. She used to have fleece sleepers and pj’s, but a few years ago we found that it was making her skin break out with eczema type rashes. I guess it was trapping too much body heat.
However, I’ll take a pair of fleece pants for myself!

I love that print! Maybe I have to break my de-stashing pledge and see what’s new in fleece fabric…
I’m a big fan of tracing store bought clothes!

Those look so comfy! It seems that the trace an existing pair works so well! That’s what I did, too!

So soft. I’ve been making the kids pants too, but mine ended up too long. Apparently I didn’t fold down enough for the waistband, and for the hem.

Those look easy enough to make. Maybe I could try them if Santa brings me a sewing machine for Xmas! ;-)
